In order to make your rest more pleasant and comfortable we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.
The rules are developed in accordance with the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumers", and with applicable legislation and regulate the intercourse in the field of hotel servies provision. The reception desk staff are available 24 hours a day.To check-in, Guests are to show an identity document (a passport) and to pay the deposit equal to the length of the stay.
The room reservation can be made by sending an e-mail or a fax message.
If the reservation is prepaid for the whole accommodation period but the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the supposed arrival day and does not cancel his reservation the day before his arrival, the one night cancellation fee is applied.
All payments are to be made according to the price lists signed by the Hotel General manager.
Check-out time is 12 noon.
Full payment for the stay is required upon check-in.
Check-in time is 12 noon. In case of unguaranteed early arrival (without prior early check-in note reservation) check- in is subject to the rooms' availability. In case of guaranteed early arrival (with prior early check-in note reservation) the hotel takes fee – 25% of the one night rate.
To extend the stay the Guests are advised to contact the Reception two hours prior to check-out time. The room extension is subject to the room availability.
Extending the stay from 12:00 noon till 12:00 midnight (of the same day) - payment is 50% of the one night rate
Extra services are to be paid additionally. To specify the list and the price please contact the reception.
Children under 4 sharing their parents' room stay for free.
Extra bed can be provided at an additional charge.
The Hotel provides the following free-of-charge services:
- an ambulance call
- first-aid set
- mail delivery
- wake-up calls
- hot water
- safe-deposit for keeping valuables (at the reception)
The rooms are made up every day.
The bed linen is replaced on the third day of stay. The towels are replaced by request. The bed linen change can be made earlier by the Guest's request at an extra charge.
The final Hotel bill settlement must be made at the Reception upon check-out.
In the room the following fixtures are provided for each guest: 3 towels, a hairdryer, cosmetic products, shoe horn, polishing brush and clothes-brush.
Guests shall observe night-time peace between 23.00 and 8.00 in the morning the following day.
Our buffet (self-service) breakfast shall be available to the Guest at the restaurant on the ground-floor on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Breakfast is included in the room price.
The restaurant is also open every day between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight.
Business-lunch is served at the restaurant between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m.
The lobby -bar operating hours is between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
A hotel key card is programmed until the departure date at 12.00 and is used to enter the room and to switch on the light. The number of key cards received by the Guest shall equal the number of persons checked in per room. Leaving the room rememeber to take your key-card.
It is not allowed while staying at the Hotel:
Letting non-registered Guests stay in the room during the Guest's absence.
Giving your room key or Guest card to strangers.
Staying with pets without Hotel management's permission.
Keeping bulky things (boxes the size of more than 50x50 should be stored in the luggage room), explosives, toxic stuff, arms. Arms and valuable objects should be kept in safe deposit boxes.
Moving furniture without Hotel management's permission.
Fire safety rules
Fire safety rules and evacuation route signs are posted in all hotel rooms and corridors.
In the event of a fire, the Guest shall observe the fire safety guidelines and the hotel staff instructions.
For fire safety reasons any use of own heating and cooking appliances in rooms is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibitied in the Hotel.
Before or after check-out, Guests may store their personal belongings–luggage into the luggage store room next to the reception desk.
According to the Russian Federation Civil Code the Hotel can be responsible for the Guests’ belongings' safety except money and valuable things.
Hotel management is not responsible for any values not kept in the safe deposit boxes at the Reception.
In case of loss of personal belongings Guests should immediately inform the Hotel management; otherwise the Hotel is not responsible for the loss.
The Guest’s responsibilities:
Pay for the damage inflicted upon the Hotel property according to the Hotel price list.
Keep the Hotel room clean.
Do not disturb other Hotel Guests by making noise.
Keep to safety rules.
Switch off the lights and other electric appliances, close the windows, and turn off the water upon leaving the room.
Check out on the supposed check-out date (when the prepayment is over) or extend the stay.
Visitors are allowed into the rooms in case of having ID documents and by the guard's leave. Visitors can stay at the guest's room between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
